Residential maintenance

Contract without commitment.
Payable within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Any invoice remaining unpaid 30 days after its issuance date will accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month (equivalent to 26.82% per year, calculated monthly).
Payment to be made via Interac e-Transfer or postal cheque.

Customer declares that they have third party liability insurance coverage for their home. The customer agrees to supply cleaning products, garbage bags, a mop and a functional vacuum cleaner in good condition.

All our employees have a clean criminal record and are insured up to $4 million.

Cancellation policy
A fee of $35 will be charged for any cancellation made in a window less than 24 hours before the service date.

Animals
Break-Clean will do its best to ensure that all pets stay inside. However, we are not responsible if they manage to escape. It is the customer’s responsibility to attach or cage or place in a closed room, any animal that may exhibit aggressive behavior or behavior that in any way prevents the work.
Pause-Ménage does not handle the cleaning of animal excrement.
We don’t clean litter boxes.

Our services specifically excluded:
-Outside of your home
-Aquariums or animal droppings
-Places out of reach

Commercial maintenance

One-year contract.
